Protect yourself against Internet fraud!

Most of the ads in this site are posted by honest brokers and real-estate agents. However, it is  still important to follow a few common sense rules to prevent any scams.

Our advices

• Do business in person and before even considering buying a property, visit the site and learn more about the agency.
• Never send money by Western Union, MoneyGram or other anonymous payment systems.
• Never send money abroad. For large payments of properties, it is best done through cash or cheque payments with an official receipt.
• Ask about the person you're dealing with another confirming source name, address and telephone number.
• Keep copies of all correspondence (emails, ads, letters, etc.) and details of the person.
• If a deal seems too good to be true, there is every chance that this is a scam. Research and learn more about the property if you have any doubts.
• Do a property inspection that is conducted with the seller, broker or their representative. (Note that it is illegal to enter a property without the permission of the owner.)
